This course focused on strategic planning and communication in a corporate setting.  We examined how to develop, implement, and evaluate effective integrated strategic communication plans.

Throughout the course, I had the opportunity to create a strategic communication plan and an internal/external crisis plan for the local Spokane company, White's Boots.
